I'm nervous to review because I don't want it to become super crowded and then suddenly there's "wait time" to be seated and order! I know - selfish, huh! Please don't judge my greedy pleasures! LOL!
The catfish and eggs - the best I have had to date. I eat breakfast and I am full for the entire day! My sister loves the egg, bacon, and avocado scramble. The service is great and the server is friendly and most importantly, she gets your order right every single time - and I will admit to being a tad bit picky! I have zero complaints!
For the record - I am not a morning person, but when he calls and says, "Rusty Pot," - 8 am doesn't seem so early! Love love love them. -

I've seen since the 80s the changes to downtown inglewood area and I never ever thought I'd eat there.
This gave me a good reason. The food was cool and it was kinda relaxing. I am sure it would have been more if I would have eaten outside.
I'll definitely be back. -

Ok so there was only one server here at lunch time. Their set up for their waiting list is a joke. One group of people just came and sat down at the outside table when my name was on the list. They sat down, ordered and ate before my group. Not cool. Gotta organize this a lot better and need more people to help with service.
Ordered the special of 3 wings and a waffle for $8.99. Also truffle fries. The fries were really good. The chicken was flavored well and the waffle was just warm and not crispy enough for me. Also shared cheesy grits. Lacked flavor to me.
Overall, not bad but they gotta get more organized for sure. Food was good but not fantastic where imma go out of my way to come here again unfortunately -

I have never had this type of shrimp and grits. It was overly seasoned with garlic, it lacked the traditional red sauce and was overly oily. Shrimp and grits is my favorite meal and this does not meet my standards.

Hands down Amazing!! The fried catfish, which I'm particular about did not disappoint, and the shrimp and grits have such flavor. You don't want to miss out on this place.
Don't be judgmental on the aesthetics of the place! Some of the best places are small, and this place packs them in!! Sarah was so patient with us, and knows her menu like no tomorrow. Excellent recommendations, and will definitely return.
Tip: street parking. Be prepared to pay with coins.
Oh and sweet tea is a bit too sweet in my opinion.
